Louisville Laughs has a lot of great comedy shows coming. Here is a breakdown of what’s on tap in July. It includes some new shows and a Promo Code sprinkled in so you can save money.

July 2 — The Human Extinction Comedy Tour
Comedy show
Comic and stuntwoman Coor Cohen from Los Angeles joins with Chicago comics Winsolw Dumaine and Nick Kuntzman for the Human Extinction Comedy Tour, which will stop in Louisville at The Bard’s Town Theatre on July 2.
They will be joined by Louisville comic Holly Lynnea and host Nathaniel Potts-Wells.

July 8 — Eric Kimbrough Live
Comedy show
Get ready to have a good time with comedian Eric Kimbrough, who rocks the house wherever he goes.
Eric will be joined by comics Chris Cognac, Adriane Thompson and Bigheadlightskin Comic.

July 11 — Second Sunday Showcase
Comedy showcase
Louisville Laughs returns to Planet of the Tapes for a showcase featuring comic Gabe Kea from Cincinnati.
Also on the show are a pair of comics from Portland, Ore. — Kate Murphy and Steven Wilber. Also appearing will be Shawn Braley from Cincinnati, Rich Engright, Jordan Goodwin, Eric Groovely and host June Dempsey.

July 13 — Grins at Gravely
Comedy showcase
Join us for the initial Grins at Gravely comedy showcase at Gravely Brewing Co. at 514 Baxter Ave. on Tuesday, July 13, at 7 p.m.
The show features Cincinnati comic Blake Hammond, Lexington comics Mike Fields and Elliott Rasile and some of our favorite Louisville comics — Darren Rodgers, Lucious Williams, Hillary Boston, Peter Swanz and Kelli O’Toole. Your host is Creig Ewing.
Admission is free, but reservations are required to ensure seating and are available here. Enjoy some great beer and a lot of laughs.

July 18 — Comedy at Ten20 Craft Brewery
Comedy open mic
Louisville Laughs will host an open mic every first and third Sunday at Ten20 Craft Brewery in Butchertown starting July 18 at 7 p.m.
Come and enjoy a great craft beer and some laughs as comics try out their material.

July 21 — Laughs in the Lounge Sirius XM taping
Comedy show
It will truly be a special Laughs in the Lounge open mic at The Caravan Comedy Club as 11 of Louisville’s top comics are on stage to deliver their best cleanish sets that will be taped to play on SiriusXM comedy channels.
See Mandee McKelvey, Keith McGill, Eric Kimbrough, Sean Smith, Melissa Doran, Jamie Utley, Jake Hovis, Katy Bevins, Creig Ewing, RJ Ryan and Tim Montileone all for $5.

July 22 — LOLGBTQ Showcase
Comedy showcase
You will love this showcase of LGBTQ comics and allies at Aloft Louisville Downtown.
The headliner is Dwayne Duke of Cleveland, founder of the Midwest Queer Comedy Festival, and the featured comic is the hilarious Gwen Sunkel from Indianapolis.
Also scheduled to perform are Bridget Denman and Gretchen Schultz of Cincinnati, plus Avery Razor, Alex McAfee, Andra Ginny Jacobs, Alexa Irizarry and host June Dempsey.

July 23 — Never Say Die Comedy Hour (Or Two)

Join Louisville Laughs for the Never Say Die Comedy Hour (Or Two) open mic at this unique bar and art gallery that serves custom craft cocktails.
This is the first open mic at this venue at 3900 Shelbyville Road in St. Matthews. They will be held on the final Friday of each month after.

July 25 — Sunday Standup Showcase

Join Louisville Laughs at The Bard’s Town on July 25 for the Sunday Standup Showcase. The Bard’s Town is one of the coolest and most eclectic spots in town. You can get great food, see plays, comedy, perform karaoke or just have a drink.
The show features Katy Bevins, plus Marz Timms from Chicgo, Josh Dweh from Pennsylvania, Grant Weber from Indianapolis and Spencer Domolky from Lexington. We also have several of our favorite local comics, including Alex Whittenburg, Jen Cooper, Prittyboy Davidson and host June Dempsey.
